Not every day has to be productive.

Not every moment has to teach us something.

And not everything needs to be taken so seriously.

Today, look for something that makes you smile.

Maybe it’s a silly little moment, a funny conversation, an old memory, or simply doing something you enjoy for no particular reason.

You’re allowed to have a little fun.

If writing helps you slow down and notice the little things, a simple gratitude journal can be a nice place to capture those moments.

Your Turn...

Delicate watercolor divider featuring soft pink and white apple blossoms with muted green leaves arranged in a horizontal floral design.

What is something that made you laugh recently?

It doesn’t have to be anything big.

Maybe it was something silly, something unexpected, or one of those little moments that only makes sense to you.

I’d love to hear about it in the comments.

🌿 Sometimes sharing a little laughter gives someone else a reason to smile, too.
